Tempus Public Foundation does not publish an official acceptance-rate percentage for Stipendium Hungaricum, by country, by study level, or overall. What follows is the one dated, worldwide figure found in an official source, and a calculation from it — shown as a calculation, not as an official rate.

What is not published
No country-by-country breakdown of applicants or scholarship holders has been found in an official source. Where a sending partner does publish its own allocation — for example, a fixed number of places for its country — that figure appears on the relevantcountry page instead, sourced to that partner directly, since it describes a different thing (a quota, not a success rate).
